To ensure our field agents can continue to assist customers with existing insurance, we have developed a new system that we believe will be both effective and rewarding.


During the enrollment process, agents will be asked the following question:

It is essential that this question is answered truthfully to ensure the application is payable. If a customer has an active 2024 policy, the following prompt will appear:

Agents must inform the customer about this next step. We have a dedicated team that will contact these enrollments to ensure customers confirm their new plan using a link sent to them. Once the customer confirms their new plan, the application becomes payable. This confirmation process should take about 3 minutes and has been designed to be extremely easy for the customer.
